Extreme attention and care in all phases of the project:
- Collection of specifications and designing
- Preparation of the didactic material and all the tools provided for delivery
- Delivery
- Closing of the course with learning and satisfaction level detection and release of the certificate of participation
This methodological approach allows us to always reach the client’s specific training objective (general satisfaction index of training delivered, on a scale of 1 to 5, equal to 4.35 in 2019, and equal to 4.44 in 2020).
“Process Safety Analysis for Hydrogen Systems” Training Program
GOALS OF THE PROJECT
- Providing an overview of PHA process and risk assessment in process safety
- Deepening the knowledge of the main Security Analysis techniques, both with the theoretical discussion of the subject and with the practical application to case studies related to hydrogen management
- Understanding and predicting the consequences of the Safety Analysis in the Designing/Construction phase and in the Operational Phase
SERVICES DELIVERED
A training course was agreed with the Client, featuring over 60 hours of remote and synchronous teaching, organized in English afternoon sessions, spread in 6 weeks.
The program dealt with four main themes:
- Overview of the Process safety and of the Systems for Process Safety Management
- Process Hazard Assessment (PHA): objectives and techniques with focus on HazOp and FMECA
- Quantitative risk analysis in Process safety with focus on the main phases of QRA
- Functional safety with a focus on RAMS analysis to support SIL Allocation and Verification
Furthermore, the program provided for the practical application of the techniques discussed (the application part made up 25% of the total number of hours) through 5 practical moments on two probable case studies, processed by RAMS&E, based on their advisory experience:
- A plant for production, compression, storage and delivery of H2 for refueling buses
- A hybrid energy storage system
