RAMS&E believes people are the main resource and capital of the company because they collect and understand Customer needs, they work in flexible and fast way being always a capable and available Customer reference and they look for innovative solutions. Today, more than 20 Master engineers are working with RAMS&E, most of them with a PhD or post Master degree, collaborating with external experts coming from professional, research and academic fields.
ENV Sector provides services to approach environmental topics during the design and operations of plants and infrastructures. ENV operates mainly in the field of process industry (Oil&Gas, Chemistry, Energy), manufacturing, transportation, land use planning. Main services are related to the Environmental impact Assessment, Strategic Environmental Assessment, modelling and monitoring of environmental factors (noise, vibration, air pollution, etc.). Working in collaboration with the others RAMS&E Sectors, ENV supports the Customer during the design, construction and authorisations of new plants or revamping of existing ones.
This Sector provides a support to the Customer, both during design and operations, to guarantee regulation compliance for the environmental topics, by modelling, monitoring, the suggestion of innovative technical solutions, the setting of appropriate Environmental Management Systems, audits and the relationships with Authorities.

The TTI Sector (Technology Transfer and Innovation) characterizes the role of RAMS&E in the fields of training and research. It manages all the training services provided by RAMS&E on its competence topics, customized according to Customer’s needs, in Italy and abroad. Provides training courses in the framework of Academic Masters, and specific courses in AMS&E seat, open to all its Customers. In addition, the TTI Sectors provides all the services related to the Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), such as HAZID, HAZOP, What-If, SIMPOS, etc.; they are managed, in Italy or abroad, by experienced Teams (Leader+Scriba) with skills in different industrial fields.
The TTI sector promote the RAMS&E participation to national or international research and technology transfer projects, with technical and coordination contributions but also by the contribution in identifying Companies and research centers for the constitution of the partnership.

The RAM Sector provides studies for Reliability and Availability assessment, Maintenance Engineering, Asset Management, Functional Safety (according to IEC/EN 61508 and to all the derived regulations IEC/EN 61511, IEC/EN 61513, IEC/EN 50128, IEC/EN 50129, IEC/EN 62061, etc.). This Sector mainly operates in the field of process industry (Oil&Gas, Chemistry, Energy), manufacturing, rail transportation (vehicles and infrastructures),. Services are provided to Engineering Companies designing plants and complex systems, or plants in operations that intend to optimize their processes by Risk-Based (Reliability Centered) Maintenance, Risk Based Inspections and by the application of prognostic tools to estimate the residual life of systems and components.

Il settore TTI (Technology Transfer and Innovation) garantisce un ruolo importante di RAMS&E nella formazione e nella ricerca. Gestisce tutti i servizi di formazione erogati da RAMS&E, per le tematiche di propria competenza, per corsi aziendali progettati ad hoc in base alle esigenze del Cliente, in Italia e all’estero, eroga i contributi didattici che RAMS&E offre nell’ambito di corsi Universitari e post Universitari (Master), organizza periodicamente corsi di formazione presso la propria sede sulle tematiche di competenza. Rientrano nel settore TTI anche tutti i servizi offerti per le Process Hazard Analyses (HAZID, HAZOP, What if, SIMOPS, ecc.) gestite con Team di consolidata esperienza su diversi settori industriali (Leader + Scribe), sia in Italia che all’estero. Il settore TTI promuove inoltre la partecipazione di RAMS&E a progetti di ricerca e di trasferimento tecnologico, aziendali o istituzionali, nei ruoli di ricerca e coordinamento ed anche contribuendo, con i propri contatti negli ambiti universitari e di ricerca, ad individuare i potenziali partner.
